臺北市 — 本會深切哀悼美國知名青年領袖、保守派思想倡導者暨「美國轉捩點」（Turning Point USA）創辦人查理·庫克（Charlie Kirk）先生於2025年9月10日不幸遭遇槍擊身亡的消息。此一突如其來的悲劇，不僅震撼全球，也令本會全體成員感到無比悲痛與不捨。
查理·庫克先生年僅31歲，卻已在全球青年人才培育領域留下不可磨滅的印記。他以堅定的信念、清晰的價值觀與卓越的溝通能力，激勵無數年輕人勇敢思考、積極參與公共事務，並在多元意見中尋求真理。他所創立的「美國轉捩點」遍佈全美超過3,500所高中與大學校園，成為青年思想交流與領導力培養的重要平台。
作為致力於促進國際工商人才交流與發展的專業機構，本會高度肯定查理·庫克先生對青年人才啟發與培育的貢獻。他不僅是美國的青年導師，更是全球人才發展的典範。他的言行展現出信仰與行動的力量，提醒我們：人才的養成不僅關乎技能，更關乎品格與使命。
對於查理·庫克先生的殞落，本會表達最深切的哀悼與敬意。我們相信，他的精神不會因暴力而消逝，反而將成為我們持續推動人才發展工作的動力與方向。
因此，本會鄭重承諾：
- 將持續推動人才交流與培育計畫，延續查理·庫克先生所倡導的青年參與與思想自由精神；
- 將加強與國際青年組織合作，建立安全、開放且具啟發性的交流平台；
- 將在未來活動中設立「查理·庫克青年領袖論壇」，以表彰其對青年人才發展的卓越貢獻，並鼓勵更多年輕人勇敢發聲、積極參與社會。
查理·庫克先生曾說：「我們不是一時的運動，我們要成為一個機構，讓年輕人擁有力量與信心，讓他們的聲音被聽見。」本會將以此為志，化哀痛為行動，讓他的理想在全球人才發展的舞台上持續發光。
願查理·庫克先生安息，他的精神長存。願上帝親自安慰他的家人，在悲傷中賜下平安與盼望。

International Business Elite Development and Networking Association (IBEDNA) Mourns the Passing of Charlie Kirk
Taipei — The International Business Elite Development and Networking Association (IBEDNA) expresses its deepest sorrow over the tragic death of Mr. Charlie Kirk, a renowned American youth leader, conservative thinker, and founder of Turning Point USA, who was fatally shot on September 10, 2025. This sudden and heartbreaking event has shocked the global community and deeply saddened our entire organization.
At only 31 years old, Mr. Kirk had already made a lasting impact on youth development worldwide. Through his unwavering convictions, clear values, and exceptional communication skills, he inspired countless young people to think critically, engage in public affairs, and seek truth across diverse perspectives. His organization, Turning Point USA, reached over 3,500 high schools and universities across the United States, becoming a vital platform for youth dialogue and leadership cultivation.
As an institution committed to fostering international business talent and cross-cultural exchange, IBEDNA highly commends Mr. Kirk’s contributions to youth empowerment. He was not only a mentor to American youth but a global exemplar of character-driven leadership. His life reminds us that talent development is not only about skills—it is about purpose, integrity, and mission.
In response to Mr. Kirk’s passing, our association solemnly pledges the following:
- To continue promoting talent development programs, upholding Mr. Kirk’s vision of youth participation and intellectual freedom;
- To strengthen collaboration with international youth organizations and build safe, open, and inspiring platforms for exchange;
- To establish the “Charlie Kirk Youth Leadership Forum” in future events, honoring his legacy and encouraging more young people to speak out and engage in society.
Mr. Kirk once said, “We are not a moment, we are a movement—an institution that empowers young people to be confident and heard.” We take this as our mission—to turn grief into action and let his ideals continue to shine on the global stage of talent development.
